So my first brew has been in fermenter two weeks and I am going to bottle it tomorrow I have 50 bottles i have saved up that were vigorously rinsed and left up side down to dry awaiting for bottling day. What are was to prepare them for bottling? I have C-brite cleanser with the only direction on it are use 1-2 packs for 2 gallons. Nothing about contact time or if I need to rinse it off after using.

With C-brite, I would use a bottle brush on your bottles with that, rinse them, then sanitize(star-san, iodophor) and you should be good. Since C-brite has Chlorine I would rinse it throughly.

Cheers!

In my case I soak the bottles in Easy Clean and remove the labels. I then run them through my dishwasher on the hot wash cycle. Then right from the dishwasher I use my Vinator http://www.northernbrewer.com/brewing/brewing-equipment/bottling/bottling-accessories/vinator-bottle-rinser.html filled with StarSan and blast the inside of the bottles and put them back on the dishwasher rack. I then sit nearby and bottle and cap them.
Did my second brew tonight - wish me luck

Also, leave that brew in the fermenter another week. Two is a little short.
