Hello to all,
My name is Sylvain.
I live in France (in Vendée near the Grand Parc du Puy du Fou)
I’ve been an amateur brewer since 2009 and since 2014 I’ve had my first jump, a Magnum.
Since 2017, I have started to increase the number of hops in my home. I have 15 varieties and I’m starting to produce new varieties.
I will start this year of the selection work, I have already acquired seeds of neomexicanus and Lupuloides.
Right next to me, there’s a lot of wild hops.
I already have the following varieties:
-Cascade
-Centenary period
-Chinook
-Magnum
-galena
-Glacier
-nugget
-Mandarina Bavaria
-Columbus
-First Gold (Prima Donna)
-Calais Golding (EKG)
-Tardif de Bourgogne (very old French version)
-Mt Hood
-Hallertau Blanc (coming soon)
-Wild hop
