blowoff tube size

Does anyone know the vinal tubing size i need to fit my 6.5 gallon carboy?

That really depends on if you have a rubber stopper or not. I just use my siphon tube (7/16" ID I believe) with the same rubber stopper I use to hold my 3 piece airlock. Are you looking to make a blowoff tube with diameter equal to that of the mouth of the carboy?

Yes I want a tube equal to the diameter of the carboys neck. the ID that is.

According to Papazian's Joy of Homebrewing, OD is 1 1/4" (3.2cm), ID is 1" (2.5cm).

My Better Bottles have a larger diameter outlet than my glass carboys. The glass are 1 1/4, the Better Bottles are larger.
