I'm thinking of making a blood orange IPA.

Blood Oranges are out of season so I'm going to have to buy a Puree or Juice.

I was wanting to add the zest as well at the end of the boil. Does anybody know if other citrus zests could be added as a substitute? Maybe even a blend?

Blood orange juice/fruit is one thing, the zest is another. What are you wanting to get from it?
 
For the zest I'm looking for the aroma.

I've heard the puree gives the flavor on the back end so I'm looking for something to trick the brain.

Alongside citrus hops I'm hoping the zest would do the trick.
