Lookin for advice or tweak suggestions on my Blonde Ale recipe. I'm tired of my family and friends who only drink light lagers not liking my tasty all grain beers. Would like to show them my other homebrews taste that way because us craft beer fans like them that way.
Here is my recipe:
10lbs American 2-Row
1lbs White Wheat Malt
148 degree mash one hour
180 mash out / sparge 15 to 30 min
.5 Tettnanger 60 min
.25 Tettnanger 30 min
Irish Moss & Yeast Nutrient 15 min
.25 Tettnanger 15 min
Wyeast American Wheat 1010
