I have a blonde ale that I brewed and I'm looking to tweak the hop additions a bit this time around. Previously, I used 1 oz of Perle for bittering (60 min boil) and 1 oz of Citra for aroma (at flame out). I'd like to add a hop for flavor, either by adding a portion of the Perle later in the boil or else adding a third hop in the middle. Any thoughts/recommendations?

Citra has a nice flavor, too, you could add Citra for both aroma and flavor.

If you want to add a third hop, though, you could add one of the New Zealand hops for a tropical fruit flavor, like Nelson Sauvin. If you're going for a more herbal flavor, I always like East Kent Goldings, although I'm not sure how that would go with the citrus aroma of the Citra.
