Can anyone recommend a decent black IPA recipe utilizing cascade and amarillo hops?

I had success with this, as I wanted to try the style.

Honestly not really my style choice, I was just curious. You could sub in the Amarillo for the Simico. Since it's at the 60 minute mark, pretty much everything there will taste about the same, just bitterness.

I make this black IPA every year. I love drinking a black IPA in the winter. You can substitute the Columbus for Amarillo. I really like the "dankness" of Columbus but Amarillo should work well too!
