BIAB and first hoping

Will someone explain the first hop procedure as it applies to biab.

Was going to do a rye biab that called for first hops.

This is new to me.

I would assume it means your bittering hops, first addition of hops after your wort has started to boil and you start timing your boil. I could be wrong though. BIAB shouldn't create any different processes, it just allows you to mash and boil in the same container.
