Best website to order, fresh, maybe organic (not processed so much) ingredients?

I know I should probably just go to my local farmers market, but hops are tough to find. Anyone know any good website where I can order some fresh, ingredients? (Not extracts )

I heard rebel brewer was good but they don't have too many organic supplies. I am not stuck on using organic ingredients, I would just like to try something a little better than the kits I have been using, more fresh ingredients. Should I contact a local store?

High volume online retailers will have fresher stuff than low volume local stores. Rebel, Northern, and Brewmaster are all consistently fresher than what I can get locally. But, if you're in New York, maybe there's a high volume store where you live.

I'm looking around for sources like this also. Seven Bridges did look to have a large selection. I also found valleymalt.com that might be an option for us on the east coast, thought it didn't appear they offer crushing. I see kegcowboy has a number of organic kits. Oh I see the OP is in Brooklyn, valleymalt.com mentions Brooklyn home brew - http://www.brooklyn-homebrew.com/
