Best Love Controller Settings

Hello,

I have my Keezer at about 90% complete, only missing CO2 mount, Casters, and some final wiring nip-tucking to do. (Pictures to post soon)
The temperature is pretty close to what I have it set at for serving the Belgian Tripel I have in secondary (~45ºF).
I have the fan running constantly to keep air circulating, and the probe is floating out towards the middle of the keezer about 1/3 down from top.

The problem I see is that it is constantly over-shooting and going too low on the temperature. It does this at 44ºF as well as when I was messing around with it around 37ºF.

Currently I have the main settings as follows:
(I am hoping these were the only importanty settings)
Low SP = 43
SP = 44
High SP = 45
Hysterisis = 1 (? maybe 0)
Min Comp Run Time = 1
Min Time Btwn Comp run = 12
Defrost turned off

Does anybody have any suggestions on what settngs have brought good results for their keezer?
