any recommendations on a good larger type of brew kit? Just bought a starter pack equipment

Like higher ABV or batch size? You could just order two of the same kit and or add ABV booster to your order. Corn syrup/sugar can do the same thing though.

Grain or extract?
One of my house Pilsners started as this kit. I’ve since altered it for various reasons… they have an extract version as well. Ferment around 54-56° with W-34/70 yeast if you can.

Any kit that comes with light malt extract or Pilsen extract and uses a restrained amount German hops. Then use lager yeast. My top 3 recommendations are 34/70, Diamond lager or cellar science German lager.
