I am upgrading from my igloo with braid to a stainless mash tun with a false bottom. Has anyone else put a false bottom in the Bayou Classic 62 quart pot and which one would you recommend?

What did you end up going with for the FB? I also have the same Kettle and am looking at NorCal's Jaybird FB's but have questions with the height of the stand and the dip tube set up.

My current diptube is just a 90 street elbow coming off the SS coupler.

Cheers

I use the bayou classic false bottom.. it's made for it so it fits perfect on the ledge made for it unless you have the model designed with the ledge up top for a steamer basket instead.
