Just tried MoreBeers' Hop Mothra. My best yet home brew and an Ipa type. Good I brewed 15 gallons of this one.:cross: I added a bit more DME to the recipe.Definitely worth a try.

recipe? :D

Supposedly that Jim Rossi guy is a legend in extract brewing. He won all kinds of awards with extract beers.

I just did a variation of his honey pale ale recipe from Morebeer as well.

Jim Rossies' Hop Mothra kit from www.MooreBeer.com , with 1.5# added DME. This seems a kick ass on ABV too.
It's Jim Nellsen's Hop Mothra though. Great brew!

Does this cone with crushed grain, or is it all extract?

Those specialty kits from morebeer look pretty good - I'll have to pick some up!

Congrats on the 15 gal batch. Now you have SIX CASES of the best beer you ever made!
