Just tried MoreBeers' Hop Mothra. My best yet home brew and an Ipa type. Good I brewed 15 gallons of this one.:cross: I added a bit more DME to the recipe.Definitely worth a try.

Jim Rossies' Hop Mothra kit from www.MooreBeer.com , with 1.5# added DME. This seems a kick ass on ABV too.
It's Jim Nellsen's Hop Mothra though. Great brew!

Supposedly that Jim Rossi guy is a legend in extract brewing. He won all kinds of awards with extract beers.

I just did a variation of his honey pale ale recipe from Morebeer as well.

You can get it in both extract and AG versions.

It's available as partial or all grain. Most of the MoreBeer kits come both ways. Lik.ed this one so well, it is now my staple.
