1 Pkgs Berliner Weiss (White Labs #WLP630) Yeast-Ale


Used the blend white labs came out with, looks like it doing pretty well. I haven't tasted it in a couple weeks so i think it may be time to check it again.

Finally. For the longest time is was just a thin film on top never really looked like the lacto was going nuts. I think the warmer temps have definitely helped it also. It's hovering around 78-80 right now so i think the bacteria are really happy.
