So I brewed a amber ale a little more than 2 weeks ago, using WLP 005 (British Ale) The beer is now in secondary, and has been for a week now. Still seeing small C02 bubbles come up, and now for the question. My target FG was 1.016, I now sit at 1.012. My OG was right on target @ 1.058. Words of wisdom or similar experiences?

Nothing to worry about. Just means you either had more fermentables in your wort or your yeast had better attenuation than expected, or both. The CO2 is likely just residual gas coming out of solution.

Did you taste it when you took a sample? If you didn't, then make that part of the process. If you did, how did it taste?

If the yeast has fallen and the beer is clear, bottle/keg it up.

Good luck.
