Hi All! I've be looking at various recipes and I came across a one and I modified it to fit whatever ingredients I have right now. I'll have to wait for a month to get new supplies of any kind :(. Will this recipe be good to try, please?

Specialty grains available: Crystal 75L & 90L & Vienna Malt

Recipe:
Fermentables:
Pale DME -- 6 lbs

Hops:
Cascade -- 0.6 oz -- 60mins
Cascade -- 0.25 oz -- Zero mins
Extras:
Orange Peel -- 1.0 oz -- 15 mins
Coriander Seed -- 1.0 oz -- 15 mins

Yeast:
Safbrew T-58. Fermenting at 60F

Also, I'm guessing this will be less bitter is that right?
This will be my 3rd batch, the first two I brewed were English Pale Ales. They were good and had a nice strong bitter taste (image below).

First and foremost, I notice no wheat malt of any kind in your recipe. For me this is a deal breaker.

I also think you need to up your bittering addition to nearly an ounce.

Lastly, you could add a small addition of oats for steeping to get some body, mouthfeel, and haze.

Of course, these are just suggestions.

St Pug is right, a Belgian Wit is a wheat beer and you have no wheat. You can make good beer with what you have but not a wit beer.

Great! Thanks guys. Will try it out and let you know how it turns out.
