I have a NB Belgian tripel that has been bubbling away for a little over two weeks now. Although its slowed down a bit this morning, is this normal? How long should I wait before racking to secondary once the bubbling stops? Thanks for any insight.

It depends on yeast, temperature, and other factors. Give it another week or two. Heavy beers take longer.

Each fermentation is different. I have had some take off like a rocket and finish fast. I have had otheres just slowly chug away for weeks. Yeast cannot read a clock or calendar.

A tripel is usually a pretty big beer so give it plenty of time to finish. Depending on which yeast you used, Belgian yeasts can take some time to get the last few points down. Give a couple more weeks and then start checking gravity.
