I was wondering if anyone sees any obvious clashes between either the hops or between the yeast and hops?

grain bill looks good but I would take out the crystal. With Both belgians and IPAs you want to get the beer very dry on the finish. You already have a pound of dark candi syrup (id recommend just using cane sugar, but if you want a brownish IPA then go for it) and that will already provide some sweetness.

For the hop bill, I think that is an excellent blend of flavor hops. I have been using a lot of huell, hallertau blanc, and nelson in my IPAa and they work very well together. That being said, I would move some of them to flameout and do a large hopstand for maximum hop flavor. I would also at least double the amounts of those late hops if you want a good pungent hop character.

WLP550 is one of the spicier belgian yeasts. It will be fruitier the higher you ferment so I would keep the fermentor as warm as possible with insulation. This will get you some apple and pear ester that will go very well this those hops

YES

My house IPA that ive been working on is Belma + Huell Melon + ???
Ive been searching for another hop tto get the perfect flavor im after. Tried hallertau blanc, citra, and 2 experimental ones.

Those 2 hops together gives you a great berry/melon fruit salad flavor that is unlike anything ive tasted in a commercial IPA, go for it

yeah I think youll be pleased with the results. That yeast strain is probably the best suited for a belgian IPA in my opinion. A saison strain would be able to get it even drier but the yeast character wouldnt really make a "belgian" IPA. More of a hpped up saison
