So I'm looking at a recipe using belgian chocolate malt. I've checked Norther Brewer, Austin, Morebeer, Midwest, and Brewmaster's Warehouse--none of them seem to have it, though http://www.specialtymalts.com/dingemans/descriptions.html confirms that Dingeman's does indeed make such a malt.

Anyone know where to find it and how it differs from English chocolate malt (which is also used in this recipe--hi OldSock!)
