So I kegged a Summer Ale three weeks ago and it tasted so good. I took a taste today after about four days and I noticed the beer tasted more malty. So I decided to gently shake the keg, took another taste, and noticed the beer tastes different and is the same as it did at first.

What do you think is going on? Do you think its just in my head?

Stirred up the yeast? was it cloudy on the second taste? Yeast will definitely affect taste

Yes it was cloudy. This means I should let the yeast settle then pour it out until it's gone.

Yes, once it settles the first pint or two will be cloudy from the yeast. after that do not move the keg til its kicked.
