Just a tad bit over 3 months in bottles for the Black Butte Porter clone kit that I started back in January. I feel like this batch is starting to mellow and will be coming into it's own during the summer months. Those who've tasted this clone believe it does taste like the store bought version. I would really like to try this recipe again with AG, @Jaybird what do you think I should use to swap out the 4lbs of Traditional Dark DME and 3lbs of Sparkling Amber DME?
