Beer Gun with chilled bottles

I've been using a beer gun with good success but a little foam. Some people recommend chilled bottles. How does this work with sanitization? I'm worried that if I sanitize and then put the bottles in a freezer I'll pick up some bad stuff. But if I chill and then sanitize the bottles will warm up. Thanks.

I just sanitize the bottles and then stick them in the freezer. Then I fill them after I hook up the beer gun. I put the caps in a little bowl of sanitizer.

I put the bottles in a little rubbermaid tray, as the gun drips a little bit when you go from bottle to bottle.

Put a little square of Al foil over the top of each bottle after sanitizing and before you put 'em in the fridge.....
