its hard for me to get worked up about something like this anymore.
I get fed misinformation by bartenders and servers almost every time I am out now.
I never correct them. Just par for the course.

yeah im not allowed to say anything to servers except what my choice is when i ask whats on tap.
last night:
me: what have you guys got on tap
server: well what kinds of beers do you like?
*oppressing glance from SWMBO*
me: I like pretty much anything I guess
server: you like guinness? we've got a nice smooth stout called celebrator or something like that. also an IPA from Three Floyds called gumball head.
Oh and also we've got a sour from sierra nevada if thats your thing
*continued glare from SWMBO*
I asked for the sour since to my knowledge, SN hasnt made one. It was their peppercorn Ovila saison that comes in corked bottles.

Last time I was out:
Me: Can I see an updated tap list?
Server: That is the updated tap list (points to our table).
Me: Ok, i'll have this saison
Server: We are actually out of it.
Me:
Server: If I may suggest something, Dales pale ale is "quite fantastic".
Me:

Me: It still has the saison on it.
Server: Yeah, we tapped a new keg.
