I found a good deal on an 82qt bayou classic stainless steel kettle, bit I can find no information on what this steel is, I've seen claims of 304, but nothing from the manufacturer.
Does anyone know? I plan on drilling this kettle so I'd like to know what I'm working with before purchasing.
I'm going to reach out to Bayou tomorrow to see if they can answer, but figured I'd ask if anyone here would know.
