just to save me the trip in the morning. Im doing an ipa
2.5lb 2 row
2.5lb maris otter
.5 crystal 40
.5 carapils.

with the equipment i have i usually add some dme to it as well. i got home and realized i forgot to grab it but i do have 1LB Bavarian wheat dme. do you think it would have a big taste difference if i use it or should i just head back to the LHBS.

No, it'll be fine. Wheat DME is usually about 35% wheat and 65% barley, so adding one pound is like adding very little wheat to the recipe. And I like a bit of wheat malt in my AG batches for head retention.
