Lately I have not been hitting my FG or my OG in my all grain beers. When I started I use to use a double batch sparge method and I have gotten away from that. Is double batch sparging better method to sparge your beer?

What type of sparging do you do now? I have batch sparged my first two all grains and got 72% efficiency on both.

A double batch sparge might gain a little more efficiency in theory, it is also useful if you dont have enough space in the tun for larger sparge volumes. I don't necesarily think one can say it is better?
