You should make stout.
Well what kind of beers are you into? I do agree with the stouts.
While I suppose you could add espresso to the boil and just treat the beans as another "grain", I'd add it after primary to keep the most aroma, possibly in the bottling bucket/keg.is espresso one of those things you'd want to add after Primary fermentation? are whole espresso/coffee beans ferment able?
