Hi all,
I'm currently brewing a clone of B Nektar's Zombie Killer and had questions regarding back sweetening in the keg. My plan was to let the cider ferment completely out, chill down in fermenter for 24 hrs. Add tart cherry juice and 1 lb honey to keg and rack the cider on top. My question is, how should I go about mixing the cider, juice and honey together? Also, should I heat the honey up before adding it to the keg? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
