It has been a while [7/11] since I made a mead... but I just finished a new batch!

Here's the comparison between first batch and second batch.

First Batch's Stats::
Primary Temp: 80*F - 85*F
Yeast: Bread
Original Gravity: Uh?
Nutrients: Grapes
Primary: 6 Days
Secondary: 1 Week
#2 Secondary: 2 Months In My Fridge
Final Gravity: Erm...
Bottles: 4 Bottles off a half gallon--- Minus one to the floor


Second Batch's Stats:::

Primary Temp: 70*
Yeast: Bread
Original Gravity:: 1.086
Nutrients: Grapes
Primary: 9 Days
Secondary Temp: 60*F
Secondary: 1 Month
Secondary Nutrients: Powdered Yeast Nutrient
Final Gravity: 1.020
Bottled: -- 3 Gallons, campdened off, waiting for Vanilla and bottling.
 
Why are you using bread yeast? You can buy cheep brewers yeast even if you don't want to go for specialty yeasts and the yeast is one of the least expensive parts of brewing.
 
Because I like to use bread yeast? I am also not looking to have a high alcohol yeild
