Built my homebrew setup back in 2014 and recently the house got struck by lightning. Only thing (for the brewery) I had to replace was the Aubur SYL-2362. I got it wired up the same way, but cannot for the life of me remember any of the settings, and I don't think the temperature probe is reading the right temp. It's saying tap water is 86* right now, which isn't right. Anyone able to tell me what settings I should adjust for running a HLT? Planning on doing the auto tune after I get this probe working and the settings right.

I'll use the by-pass and just adjust the percentage output for the Boil Kettle. Is there a way to adjust the RTD Probe?
