This is planned for New Year's Day and is kinda a mix of several recipes I have looked over here on HBT. Let me know if i should adjust anything. Also, this is my first attempt to create a recipe. I like using whole numbers.

Style: Russian Imperial Stout
Boil Time: 75 min
Batch Size: 10 gallons (fermentor volume)
Boil Size: 7.5 gallons
Boil Gravity: 1.140 (recipe based estimate)
Efficiency: 75% (brew house)
Original Gravity: 1.105 Final Gravity: 1.029 ABV (standard): 9.94% IBU (tinseth): 74.97 SRM (morey): 40 Fermentables
