Ok I have been asked to make an apple ale. I have never done that before and want to try a small 1 gallon test batch. I'm not finding anything I really like or know how to do. Anybody have any good 1 gallon recipes? I have never done all grain but am willing to try it out for a 1 gallon batch. Thanks in advance.

If you're doing 1 gallon and want to try all grain, I would suggest giving BIAB a try
As for an apple ale, I've never brewed one, but if I were to try it I'd add some apple cider to the primary. Maybe 75/25?
