As the title says, anyone ever use this?

I work in a resturaunt, and read the package of Q-25. It's a small pre-mixed package of "Sanitizer" that we use place in a bucket with towels for the busser's to wipe tables off with. I believe the Bar uses it also to sanitize the Glasses.

Anyways i read the Box and it said something about uses with food contact surfaces, utensils, Shake and Soft serve Machines and breweries......

Active Ingredient:
Sodium Dichloro-s-Triazinetrione Dihydrate.............25%
Other Ingredients................................................75%
Available Chlorine.............13.8%

Would this be safe to use? I'm thinking of using it for my fermenters, and what not. Please someone let me know if this is safe stuff to use. If so, I can get a lot for free =) One less thing to waste money on.

It contains chlorine...so for brew purposes, its not a no-rinse santizer.

so you may as well use bleach
