I was wonderring if anyone has seen or used one of these

Eco Keg (EcoKeg) Homebrew Serving Keg

ebay item # 130070042337

would be a great idea for the price as well as I have a wedding coming up I have to do 30 gallons for!

any help would be greatly appreciated

Here is my read on it.

All you get is a plastic keg with a sankey fitting. You get nothing else for $55.
You still need Co2, lines, tap, sankey connector and a jockey box.

Cornies are $15 - $20.

Only use I can see is converting it to a fermenter, but not even that.

The web site says they are not reusable, though if they are I would go in that direction.

They aren't designed to be reused in commercial applications, but it doesn't seem that they CAN'T be reused. Seems that it's just cheaper in a commercial setting to recycle the old ones and make new ones (not sure how much more enviornmentally friendly this is than making a steel keg that will be used over and over and over again).
