so today I got a gallon of COMPLIANCe sanitizer from work. its a Royal Paper product that we use to sanitize metal surfaces where food is prepared. I wondering if any one here is familiar with this type of sanitizer and if it is good for brewing the active ingredients are

dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride
and
dimethyl ethylbenzyl ammonium chloride

That's a quat sanitizer. Make sure the instructions state it's a no-rinse sanitizer and mix as such.

I use a commerical quat to sanitize my kegs, filters, etc. because it's cheap and effective. I prefer an acid sanitizer for keg lines and such where beer stone is more likely to form.
