Anyone ever Double a 5 Gallon Kit?

Bought 2 - 5 gallon kits of an APA to do this weekend, or soon.

I have a keggle and a 15 gallon conical fermenter...just thought i would check to see if anyone else has tried this.

I see you have in primary 10G Octoberfest ale...what recipe did you use?

I don't know it exactly off hand, but I think it was 7 lbs Vienna, 8 lbs Munich, 5 lbs German Pils, 1.5 lbs of Caravienne, and a lb of Crystal 10L. I wanted to go for a little maltier darker version (hence the increased Vienna/Munich). OG ended up around 1.058 I believe?

Hops were 2 oz Hallertau at 60, 1.5 oz at 45, 1.5 oz at 15.

Used US-05 in one fermenter and Notty in the other. Its currently fermenting at around 62-63 F.
