It's time to upgrade my current phone and after some research I hunted down the required invite and ordered one.

I have the option to purchase a second one and it turns out I don't need it. If you know what this phone is and want to purchase one send me a PM. Only caveat is that the invites have an expiration date and this one ends in 8 hours.

I read on Wiki that they are phasing out the invite system in October.

Not phasing out but running simultaneously with a pre-order system. I thought someone from here might have wanted one before they have that option.

So it is a phone manufacturer? What networks?

Oneplus is the manufacturer. It is an unlocked phone on GSM networks. AT&T, T-Mobile around here.
