Everyone knows better than anyone, finished this an hour ago --- so here goes:

9.o lbs 2 Row
9.0 lbs Pilsner
4 oz Chocolate
4 oz Black Barley

2 oz Cascade 60 mins
1 oz Saaz 1 min

1 level teaspoon orange zest 5 min

Made a yeast starter with 04 dry yeast

Color was nice ---- resembled Shiner Bock
 
SRM = 13.3

IBU = 34.5

Should have been close to 1.048 OG

And yes ---- 10 Gallons

Sorry.....
 
Both of the 5 gallon Better Bottles have had a busy airlock for 10 days --- I think that is a record for me ---- I've kept the fridge real close to 70 degrees

I plan on kegging / bottling on or around the 21st..... I will not even considering drinking this until May 1st -- At first I thought about kegging all 10 gallons when I started making this size batch, but there is just something about bottled beer.
