I just bought a cool "Bottle Breacher" from a company owned by vets and yes, are American made. It appears all of their bottle openers are rated 5 stars. IIRC, they give part of the profits to needy vets. Anyways, here's the one I bought, but they have others to choose from:

Interesting products. Pretty cool looking but spendy, nice gift maybe. This OIF vet thinks they're pretty cool but probably out of my price range at the moment.
