Hi All,
I'm getting ready to make the jump to all-grain within the next few weeks. I have been doing partial-mash in a bag. At least I thought I was until i started reading about water profiles
I am on well water water and currently have do not have a water profile for my water. It might be some time before I can justify to the wife spending the money to get the water tested.
So my question is, if I use distilled water from the grocery store, will I be able to brew whatever I want or does distilled water still require some adjustments?
Also, I am a little confused about distilled water vs. RO water. Is one preferred over the other? I am hoping to find a way to start doing all-grain without having to make adjustments to the water/mash. Maybe that is not even possible but I figured I would ask. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
