Homer Buckets are handy!

parts list:
2 homer buckets.
1 homer lid
female hose coupler
male hose coupler
2 garden hose to 3/4 fittings
1 toilet flange
1 4" rubber pipe coupler
bar fittings to pex
pex pipe for the spray nozzle
pex end plug for nozzle end.
a few rubber washers and a bunch of hose clamps.
Bolts and nuts to hold it all together.

several holes were drilled to create the "nozzle"

top connector is the input, to the spray nozzle

this bottom connector is for the drain hose to take away the "dirty" water.

hook the garden hose to the spigot and to the bucket, and another garden hose to the drain spout.
 
It looks great but I have found nothing beats hot PBW to really clean kegs. I use my hose with a power sprayer to get most out before going to the keg washer to keep the foaming down.

You are also missing the In/Out post connections...
