I just wanted to say hello, I've been lurking on this board for awhile (and culled lots of great advice!). Now that I'm actually brewing, I think it's time to start contributing to the conversation. I'm very impressed with the level of civility and sense of community found in these forums, it's something that's all too rare on the Internet these days. I also want to thank all veteran and regular contributors to this board, you've already helped me a lot without even knowing it!

I could never get the salmon to stay in the little papers...

Seriously though, you have to love the combination of smoked salmon belly and IPA. Yum!
