I definitely stole some ideas from Revy's thread and mixed them with my own. I completed the box a couple weeks ago but finally put it into action last week for a Barleywine. 20 lbs hand cranking in the hot sun, sweating for my beer!
Here's the finished box. It's on 3 casters so it will always be balanced.
Here's the inside. I slopped the wood to dispense into a bucket below. I think I want to put some kind of cloth tube into the bucket though to help control debris.
I did end up installing some threshold metal to help slope the tops of the wood.

I used to be a drum maker and found one of my old shells fits perfectly into the hopper! Holds 9lbs.
I had most of the wood lying around. I had to buy most of the hardware. All in all including the purchase of the mill I spent $78.
