I would like to welcome the Home Brew Talk community to visit my newly-minted blog, Brews & Stews. Although I've been mostly quiet here lately, I've been an active member of the HBT crowd for a long time now - I think a good number of y'all will find my blog right up your alley. 
It will be a website for me to share information, recipes, and my experiments as I work my way up the ranks of BJCP Beer Judging, the Cicerone program, my homebrewing and cooking experimentation, etc.
Kicking off the start of the new blog, I started an internship as an Assistant Brewer for a local brewpub and have been posting daily entries. :rockin:
