Hi! I have a Midwest citra IPA kit and The only yeast I have is white lab Belgian saison.

My temp in the basement is 76f

Thoughts? Should I go for it?

Stone Cali-belgie ale is their IPA brewed with the Duvel yeast. As far as I know there was no change in the recipe between the two. That beer uses Centennial as the signature hop.

Go for it, should make an interesting brew.
