All Day IPA Nitro

Anyone tap all day on nitro? Debating whether to tap this $200 keg in Nitro or not. Generally I was always under the impression never to Nitro ipa's however it seems to be a trend and I just had a great Nitro IPA last week.

All Day IPA has a typical American ale carbonation level - somewhere around 2.4-2.5 volumes.
If "on nitro" includes dispensing through a stout faucet, your $200 keg is way over-carbed and would need flattening down to around 1.4 volumes first...

Makes sense. It would be through a stout faucet and I'd likely get all foam. That makes it easy, thanks.

Yeah, do not put a regular keg on a nitro tap. You will get nothing but foam... All Day!
