I've converted it to all grain and used American hops amongst other tweaks. I used local honey from Fayetteville, GA. It's a favorite amongst friends and family. Only downside is that it's a bit expensive to brew when using local honey.
 
Yeah I could see it being a bit expensive with the local honey, but after brewing a vanilla porter with real vanilla beans I don't think it will be too bad. Also less expensive than usingwhite house honey I presume, haha. Glad to hear y'all like it. I might have to give it a go.
 
Every time i think about this iI'm not at home to pull this from beer smith. Below is the recipe that i use and tweaked over the past year or so.

This is for 5 gallons and my efficiency is about at 70%. If you want the beersmith file let me know and ill get it over to you.

No. 44 Brown Ale
7# - 2 row
1.5#- biscuit
1# crystal 60
1# honey malt

2# local honey at flame out

hops
.5oz magnum at 60 min
1oz cascade at 5min
