1 Can Mexican Cervesa
1kg Lager Enhancer Brew Blend No.15
1 Packet Saflager S-23

Pitched at 75.2 (hot for this yeast) - I've packed ice around the fermenter.

It's only been in there about ten minutes and the airlock is bubbling. I loosened the lid and it's still bubbling.

Is it because I pitched the yeast at 75.2?

Edit: OG 1038 at 75.2 degrees

It isnt fermenting if that is what you mean. If you aerated it really well, could just be some outgassing. Sometimes you will get bubbling if the airspace in the fermentor warms, causing pressure.

Should stabilize in an hour or a few...
