I put my efficiency at 71 and no Im not using their boil volumes but im only off by adding one half gallon. If I have BS set to read Garetz, it comes very close but throws off all my previous recipes. Im assuming they are using Garetz and my volumes could make the small difference up.
We don't list IBUs anywhere that I know of. That would depend on whether you are making a full boil or partial boil, extract, mini-mash, all-grain, what meathod of all-grain, etc. I couldn't give an accurate IBU or SRM for that matter.
