Hey all just trying to decide on TWO style to make for my local AHA rally in Memphis and looking for opinions!!
Also anyone who is interested in coming please reach out we will have lots of FREE WORT left over!
Options are:
1) NEIPA- 2 row flaked oats/barley —>w/citra, el dorado, Amarillo and Azacca
2) Zombie dust clone- 2 row, crystal 60, melanoidin and carafoam malts—>citra only
3) American Brown Ale - 2 row, chocolate malt, crystal 120 Munich and victory malt—>Mt. hood and Simcoe hops
4) Chile/Russian Imperial stout- 2 row crystal 120, black patent malt, roasted barley and chocolate wheat malt—-> Cocoa nibs and Thai Chilli peppers with cascade hops
5) Sassy Saison- 9% Saison (2 row and wheat only) with rosemary, thyme and sage brewed in—->Sorachi Ace and LemonDrop hops
